• You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Account features (if enabled) are for individual use only; unauthorized account sharing is prohibited.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Educational-Only Purpose (No Investment Advice)

All information is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on StoxSage:

• Constitutes investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice
• Recommends purchase, sale, or holding of any security or instrument
• Creates a fiduciary relationship

3. Market Data & Accuracy

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, or sourced from third-party providers.
• We make no warranty as to timeliness, accuracy, or completeness.

4. User-Generated Content

• You grant StoxSage a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute submitted content.
• You must ensure content is lawful, non-infringing, and free of confidential data.
• We may remove or moderate content at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

• No scraping, bulk harvesting, or automated extraction without written consent.
• No reverse engineering, security probing, or circumvention of rate limits.
• No use of the Platform to generate or disseminate manipulative market narratives.
• No uploading of malware, exploits, or unauthorized APIs.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, UI, branding, compilations, and derived analytics are owned or licensed by StoxSage. Limited, revocable, non-transferable access is granted for personal, lawful use.

7. Subscription / Access Levels (If Applicable)

Future premium tiers may introduce paid features. Pricing, entitlements, and renewal terms will be disclosed prior to purchase. We may modify tiers with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

• Platform provided “AS IS” & “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
• No guarantee of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
• No guarantee that data or outputs meet investment objectives.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoxSage is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages; loss of profits, trading losses, lost opportunities, data corruption, or market impacts arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Regulatory Status

StoxSage is an educational technology provider. We do not execute trades, custody assets, or provide personalized investment recommendations. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable securities, tax, and data protection laws.

11. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to those practices.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may limit or terminate access for breach, abuse, legal risk, suspected fraud, or technical harm. Provisions relating to IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state of Delaware (conflict rules excluded). Disputes subject to good‑faith negotiation; failing resolution, binding arbitration (unless prohibited) in the designated venue.

14. Changes to Terms
